Rambo set has a total of 43 episodes. Volumes 1-4 (#5 and #6 I do not have, they have the final 22 episodes of Rambo's 65-episode run)
Toxic Crusader Volume 1 has the entire 4-episode run of the little-seen TC cartoon. The full length animation movie is the other DVD. Both TC DVDs have a lot of extra features.
