I looked this up in the dp rarity guide. The manufacturer is not listed. I have this controller, and on the back is a Beeshu logo/trademark. I could not find a way to contact you guys directly, so I'm posting it here. I apologize if this is inappropriate.

There are tons of third party controllers that are not in the DP guide. First, of all there are new ones being produced all the time and the fact is that there are so many of them produced over the years that its hard to keep track of them, let alone catch up for the DP Guide. Also, at least in the fact of SNES, not sure about Genny, but people import them all of the time because of the compatibility. So, the number and mystic are multiptied.
I'm actually collecting data from Ebay and the Internet regarding controllers for the SNES. So far I've found something like 100-150 of them just for the SNES and I find new ones every day. I search Ebay.com, Ebay.de, and Ebay.uk. Eventually, I'll make it all public.

I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining that the manufacturer wasn't listed. I understand completely that it's hard to keep track. The reason I posted was that there was a notice in the information about the controller saying something like "we do not know the manufacturer of this product. If you have information, please contact us." That's what I was trying to do...I realize an email would have been more appropriate, but of course I overlooked the address and then found it right after I posted.
I'll get a picture up if I can.
That's quite ambitious, collecting data on SNES controllers. I find controllers a very interesting part of classic gaming. I'm sure some of you have some very impressive controller collections. I don't know what it is that's so fascinating about it. Perhaps part of it is just the fact that there are so many of them out there. I look forward to seeing what you find, 50TBRD.
