I found an advertisement for this in Game Players mag, and there's one on the bay now, seems rare and nice.

I've seen about 4 or 5 of them in the past couple of months. A lot of them being relisted. It seems that nobody wants to pay that much for them and nobbody wants to let them go for that little. I'll tell you this. It's made by STD/QJ which make the SN ProgramPads and the SN Programmable Arcade, like I have, and they're a slick bunch of programmable controllers. Well made with a lot features. The Topfighter is the super high dollar one and the Programmable Arcade one is a slightly smaller, mid line Arcade Pad.
