Atari 2600 Spider Monster

I stumbled upon this cart yesterday, anyone know anything about this game?
I searched on DP and the net but couldn't find alot about it, K-Tel/Funvision made it but it's not mentioned here.
I found it on Atariage but nothing is really documented about this game not evevn when it came out.
Was it named different or just a pirate? Is it worth anything? Any info is welcome on this one.

I'm pretty sure that's a known cart, though a decent find. I think it's the same as Spider Kong.
