Huge Toys R Us clearance

Just got home from work, and that's after price changing at least 60 titles. The prices are ridiculous. My haul had the following:

Cool Boarders 4 and Twisted Metal 4 (PS1): $1.70 each
Kengo (PS2): $3.40
Half Life 2 (Xbox): $5.00
Enthusia Racing (PS2): $5.00
Tony Hawk Underground 2 (GBA): $3.40
PS2 Sound System Intec ($3.40)

Stuff I didn't buy, but lowered (what I remember):

Karaoke Revolution (Xbox): $5.00
Yu Yu Hakusho (GBA) $5.00
Psychonauts (Xbox): $3.40
Splinter Cell Pandora (PS2): $5.00
Rainbow Six Lockdown (PS2): $5.00
Looney Tunes Back in Action (PS2): $5.40
Charlie Chocolate Factory (PS2): $7.00
Phantom Dust (Xbox): $3.40

That's just a small list. There are TONS of GBA titles I didn't have time to price. Well worth making the trip, I can assure you.

So then they have the stickers with current prices on them I take it? I'm going to have to check this out. $5 and under for any game is worth it to me. I'm going to have to check that one out. Hopefully its a nationwide clearance.

They should have the right price on them, assuming the store is caught up. Given how busy we are already and the number of games being lowered, it'll be best to scan at a price checker to be sure.

I heard about this latest markdown on CAG. I picked up today:

$10 Stubbs the Zombie
$10 Trapt
$2 GBA SP wireless adaptor

The lady at my TRU said they were still marking stuff and I should come back around Thursday. Unfortunately, the xbox dvd remotes are still at the clearance price of $25. You might have to look for some of the games. The lady had to pull some of them and put them into a bin, which I found on the other side of the store.

I just went there and there is indeed some games for multiple systems for $5 and under for PS2, Xbox, gamecube, GBA, Ds. I got a bunch for some x-mas presents for people and a couple for myself to remain sealed. There wasn't many GREAT games, but a few that may be worth it. Twisted Metal 4 for $1.70 is a good deal to me.

My TRU never marks anything. It's a pain because I always have to price check it. After scanning about 25 games today, the only ones that were cheaper, (and only by a couple dollars) were Psychonauts and Baten Kaitos w/soundtrack. They were 5.40 each. (they have been around the 8 dollar mark for awhile)

My local TRU jacked the price back up on Psychonauts recently to $15. It was $10 before the sale, $4 during, and then I guess once they dumped all of them they bumped the price back up :(
