I remember it was a fishing game, it was black, and was pretty detailed. you could choose from a few lakes, and different bait. my uncle gave it to me in 97 or 98

no LOL , I meant it looked better compared to tiger and other LCD games.

It isn't the answer you want but why not just search Ebay? Most of the auctions should show pictures anyway, so you'd be able to find it easy enough. Barring that, don't expect a concrete answer. There are literally hundreds of portable or hand-held fishing games. It also depends on whether it was a game you hold in your hand like the Tiger ones or a plastic "fishing pole" with a reel and screen attached.
