I ordered Frog Feast from oldergames.com back on Nov. 11th and still havent recived the game. I havent gotten a response to any of the emails ive sent to them. Anyone know what happened to them. Anyone have problems like this when ordering from them? I'm starting to worry that I'm out 30 bucks!

what type of shipping did you choose....media mail could take a long time if thats how it was shipped....

also, did you pay with your credit card? you could always call your cc company and put a hold on the charge....

They dont have a phone number listed just a email address which all ive gotten was an auto reply from. I paied with paypal from my checking account so im proly screwed that way. And as far as shipping goes they only offer one choice. I dont really wanna cancel the order cuz I want the game for my collection but I also dont wanna lose 25 bucks.

... That's a really bad business practice, not having a phone number.

Even if you paid with your checking account, you should be able to contact Paypal and see if they offer some sort of buyer protection that applies to you.

It just really sucks cuz im working on a complete collection for the sega cd. Not that im close to done or anything but....its gonna be hard to get this one i guess.

Just FYI, if the money came out of your checking account I believe you can file an affadavit with your bank.

cdoty took care of everything for me. He got ahold of the oldergames guy and said it was shipping in the next few days.

I'm glad you got this cleared up but what on earth was the delay all about, if you are being told the game will be shipping in a few days? I suppose you are happy just to have the game finally shipping out but I'd be getting some answers as to why it took so long to rouse somebody from their sleep at Older Games.
