RRR is truely awesome. It is a great game to show off the Wii controller.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had a list of the songs that are used in the music games. I know there is Cyndi Lauper's Girls Just Want to have Fun.

I've unlocked "Girls Just Want To Have Fun", "La Bamba" the old Ritchie Valens song and "Misirlou" by Dick Dale & His Del-Tones. Still a lot more to unlock.
Rayman is the first and currently only game I own for the Wii but it's a fun game. By the far the most fun I've had with any Rayman title.

I think it's weird that you don't own Zelda. Most people that bought a Wii bought Zelda too. Not saying it's bad to not get Zelda.
I didn't get it either. I didn't buy any game, just the system.
Honestly, how is Rayman? Is it something you can play for long periods of time?

When I picked up the system and Rayman they were already sold out of Zelda. Then I realized I would have to get a wireless router if I wanted to get online anytime soon so there went my money to get Zelda.
I'm happy with the game overall. Rayman is just one big block of minigames. Each 'level' consists of 5 minigames. Win all 5 to advance the next one. I got up to level 5 I believe before I saw the same minigame twice. It was slighty different (they added an extra obstacle) but mostly the same.
It's a great game to pick up and play. However, the save system is setup to where it only saves after you beat all games within the level.
If I'm blowing through the minigames easily enough I can play a couple of hours, but if I get stuck on several games within one level then I'll generally stop and come back to it the next day.
Like others have said it shows of the promise of what the Wii controller can do. I can think only of 1 or 2 games in Rayman that the controller worked against me.

What song by Ritchie Valens? I can only think of Donna, is that the song? I don't see how it would fit the game, so I guess it can't be that.

La Bamba was a big hit for him but I don't know if it came before Donna or not. La Bamba became a big hit again in '87 when another band did a cover of it for the movie of Ritchie's life ironically called La Bamba:

After Grimbal brought over RRR last night and the wife became addicted to it, I see a run to Walmart today to pick it up. Thanks Heath! :)

So, lemmie see if I got this right....
RRR isn't a new chapter in the platforming series... It's just a bunch of mini-games?
I'm conflicted on wether or not I want to get this, or not...

you got that right its just a collection of mini games, infact the rabbids (rabbits) are more of the stars of the game than rayman. Its really a fun game though and a great launch title, I reccomend it to wii owners for the sheer viarety of ways it will have you using your wiimote to play the games.

Add "Hip Hop Hooray" by Naughty By Nature to your list. There was also some dance song and the song that the Rabbid's sing to you towards the end of the game.
It was an awesome game, I just wished it was longer...but it is definitely replayable.

The cow tossing event is worth the price of admission alone.

At least the thing's accurate enough for you to point the thing at the tv with your elbow resting on your lap. I played through Gumshoe with the stinking Zapper recently. Now THAT is hard on your arm.

Don't forget "Good Times" by Chic.
I have only one thing to say about this game. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH HHHHHHH
My favorite game is probably Bunnies Can't Fly. The sounds that Super Bunny makes when he hits the ground make it perfect.

I still have nightmares about the bunnies and the opening outhouse doors game.
