I just stumbled upon this game in my collection. I knew it was hard to find anyways, but when I did some research in anticipation of maybe selling it on eBay, it appears far more rare then I thought it was. A couple of questions on it ...

1) Was it an actual US release? I've seen release lists that don't even acknowledge the game's existence.

2) What is the value of the game? The only basis I have is gamedude.com, which has a $60 buy and $99 sell price (which means it's likely somewhere in-between methinks)

Just was curious ... I'm sure there is info in the DP guide too, which I have, it's just buried (and I mean really buried) in storage. :)

Thanks guys!

Its worth closer to $140 or so if complete. It is a genuine official US release, pretty late I do believe.

Complete = Map, Instruction Booklet, Double-Thick CD Case + Game I presume?

I hope, cause that's everything I have. :)

I only have a single disc, and it shows no indication that there is a second one.

Were there any multi-disc Turbo CD games?

Your copy of Might & Magic III is complete my friend. There were no multi disc Turbo games.

I'd like to say its value is around the $100 mark. If you were to auction it off on ebay you could get up to $200 but don't count on it every time. $100 should be more realistic.

MMIII # is 1047 which would put it pretty much at the end of the line. Dynastic was the last US released Duo game and has a # of 1053

Good to know! :)

And as you imagined, eBay was the genesis for the question, as my Duo hasn't been touched in a couple of years, so a game this rare almost feels like it's "too expensive to keep" if it's not being enjoyed, and with no other eBay auctions to make a basis on, there's the worry that a seemingly rare item could go for pennies, or could go for hundreds. (Maybe not THAT dramatic, but you do get the idea)

This could find its way online very shortly, I'll post the link here.
