Yeah. I told this joker that I wouldn't send payment until I recieved the item, either.

I'm just putting the word out, that this person "sold" me an item, told me he shipped it (with Delivery Confirmation on the package), ignored about a dozen emails from me asking for the DC number, and now, barely a week later, I find him trying to sell the same PSP on another site. Furthermore, he had an eBay account that got suspended, due to him not sending out two items that people paid for. If this is the sort of person you want to deal with, then have fun.

He's a scammer, so be wary of dealing with him. If you do deal with him, DO NOT send payment UNTIL you recieve your item. I almost made the same mistake. If I had sent payment, I'd be totally out of luck right now.

Heck, I'm still out 12 bucks, because that's how much it's going to cost me to get the money order I bought to pay this guy with refunded. Thanks a lot, James.

If it takes someone being called out in a public forum for them to finally ship an item , then they were very close to being a scammer in my book and I would NEVER deal with them.

Obviously if he WAS going to scam you and now can't because he has been called out then he IS a scammer. Pretty crappy thing to pull right before Chrismas when a lot of folks are selling some of their collection just to buy presents for other people.

If he actually sends it to you you should send it back.Eat the shipping and forget about it. As he has not mentioned if the accusation of allready selling the item to another person is true.....................
