wii hard reset

I just got my wii and hooked it up to my tv card. I put it on 60hz in the settings but my tv card doesn't support it so now i can't see shit... I need to get it back to the standard 50hz setting. So does anyone know how to do a hard reset? Pulling the power cable out for more then 10minutes didn't work :x

I would try emailing Nintendo support. They should have a solution for you, and my experience in the past with them has been very good.

Thanks but i already hooked it up to a tv with 60hz support and put it back on 50hz lol :p
