I bought this thing brand new a few years ago and never even took it out of the box, I am sure someone could put this to good use. These things are impossible to get and I paid $300.00 plus shipping from Hong Kong for it.

This thing looks very cool, i must say. could you describe exactly what it does? how it is useful? I tried searching for it, but I just kinda got an the specs of it and not an explanation of it. Thanks
