Does anyone know how to sell cars? I tried at both the main menu and at the car dealership but I can't figure it out

You do it from your safehouse. As you scroll basic options, it's in there.
When you go into "change cars" hit X (360 version)
I know, it's a little weird, I didn't see it right away either for some reason.
