I just submitted a comment going somewhat into detail about how several people at this site uncovered his resealing/scamming side-business... I hope either that comment gets posted, or his section of the story gets removed.

Look what he wrote on his myspace:

I'm tempted to comment him. lol

I also looked at his "Playstation 3" entry and he put up a picture of himself that he would've used for e-bay, where he's holding a paper with his username (Servicegames812). Doesn't appear to be selling resealed games but he is selling video game ads, and they are all reprints of copywritten material. That and I saw he's selling Rocko's Modern Life DVDs, which are obviously bootleg, as they were never released on DVD. When's he going to learn...

I just wanted to mention again that he tried to buy NES styros from me more than once and I rudely refused. Once was after he got caught as well.

I hope he gets a bleeding ulcer.

I was trying to block him from bidding on my eBay auctions.
How do I block an eBay bidder without ever having a transaction with him?

Whoever first reported him to the authorities should do so again. An arrest a 2nd time for counterfeitting would be much harsher.

Awesome, now I believe all his eBay names are blocked from bidding on my items. Thanks

Yup. I also submitted a comment on Nick Morgan's shenanigans. This smug little punk ass, I stab at thee!

I recommend everyone who reads this thread and has an interest in cleaning up the hobby, write a comment about Nick for MTV.

There's so many other NES collectors they should have interviewed. Good job to the MTV writer for researching people before he does stories on them.

That's exactly what I was thinking. My NES Collection is WAY bigger than his and I couldn't see myself being interviewed by freaking MTV.
I also didn't get the money for my collection by selling reseals.

Maybe he contacted MTV with a press release? I can't imagine they sought him out.

I don't know. They have Jason Smith on there, who is an upstanding collector, but then they've got a guy who knows how to make tons of money scamming people with reseals, and now bootleg DVD sets. I doubt he made some sort of press release about how he owns 700 or so NES games. They even had some other article about the Penny Arcade tournament as well, so this had to be planned in some way.
