I liked the presentation a lot. Your timing with the photos tied in with the audio was good! I know you said you cut a lot out and stuff, but there are parts there where we can tell you didn't know exactly what you were saying. It got better as the time went by.

I liked it. 8 minutes is long for a game I have no interest in though ;)

Earth Montage was magnifient and laugh out loud quality

Thanks for the input!

Yes, my art of rambling is an extreme talent.

I'll be able to concentrate more on the show now that I'm out of school and not freaking out over exams. I just made this show to reduce stress!

Funny

And funny scores a lot of points with me.

Plus you sound comfortable discussing video games, unlike those Gamelife guys)

A bit long, but funny and entertaining.

Funny. The opening music to the animation was amusing, as was "Earth takes a beating." As far as critism goes you may want to wear a nicer t-shirt. :P

Seriosuly though, it was good. I'd watch more of your reviews.

Thanks! I'll try and make other episodes shorter. I really didn't want it to run more than 6, but I guess a little intro episode can't hurt at 8 minutes.

I tried watching GameLife. Their show made me uneasy. I guess I'm just used to shows like The Game Room doing it right.

I think the shirt served as one of several ways to say, "No, I'm not going to pretend like I'm better than everyone else." (There are several popular 'reviewers' on youtube that act that way. I don't like it.)

I think that was the first time I had worn that shirt in seven years!

Cool stuff! :) I like the way you used humor, blow up the earth and doing the combo in a special way, controller in mouth haha :D

The girl on that "show" is a far better reviewer + much more entertaining and she didn't even come up with the show!

Good review. 8 minutes is not that long when it's done right like this video. Keep us updated when you put new ones up.

I told myself I didn't want to post this anywhere, but I need to remember that there is no such thing as bad publicity.

Hmmm... I would think Mel Gibson and Michael Richards would beg to differ.

Thank you! (Two words!)

Cool stuff! :)

Another thanks!

I didn't even know there was a girl. I just picked random episodes and gave up after three minutes every time.

Possible. I already cut short a lot of things. Story mode was going to be more than 3 minutes!

Thanks, I'll let you all know when the new one is up.

Maybe, although Mel Gibson is still just as popular as ever, if not more popular, and sales of the Seinfeld DVDs jumped up substantially because of Richards' incident.

How'd that Melissa hottie get mixed up w/ those GameLife wankers???

My theory is they blackmailed her into doing their show.

They have a video of her playing "Total Recall" and will release it on Youtube unless she contributes to their show.

Working on a Christmas episode, but I need AV cables for a certain console. I hope it gets here in the mail by Saturday, otherwise it'll be a little.. late.

I enjoyed both episodes. As someone who's dabbled in projects like that, I know how much time and effort can go into these things. Stick with it!

My only constructive criticism would be, you need to figure out who your target audience is. If you're doing this for fellow gamers, I think you should put in a bit more detail. For the Dragonball game, maybe mention some of the other games in the series, when the tv show was on, etc. In the story mode I didn't really understand what you were supposed to be doing at all.

Overall, great efforts -- keep 'em coming!

I've enjoyed the first two episodes, but I'd really like to see you do a review of a really bad game. You can lampoon it while showing off the stupid things about it through the power of video.

At first, my target audience was only myself! :-D

The Dragonball episode was a silly pilot episode that I expected to get 40 views tops. I'll try and work a little harder on episodes in the future and be a little bit more informative.

I probably won't be reviewing any bad classic games, but I've already got one episode in the works of a very new game. It was just... so, so bad.
