Buyer that didn't pay me for Sealed SNES Cool World & Aladdin games..(Ebay items adding up to $69.00)
skoro-hot 04(4 positives for cheaply purchased games)

I called his phone number,no answer...He won't respond to anything,no responce through ebay or emails.

My auctions clearly state at the top and in the invoice(Payment must be made by next day.relist,negative etc)
..It's well past that now..

He did respond once to only say=

So I did,I actually packed the games in a bigger box.They were already packed well in a Flat Rate Priority Box..
But still I got no payment and no more responces,..He won't answer the phone either.....

Should I just hang it up and re-list?..or wait..

Well you could relist it and then neg him at the last day you can give him feedback, that will teach him.
On the other hand you relist and go further with your life, depending on if you wanna take revenge or not.
It happened to me just a few weeks back, i relisted and went on as if nothing happened, too bad next time better.

The problem with newer users is that many simply don't read stated rules. Yeah, you clearly say that the buyer must pay within a day, but that doesn't mean that he cares. He might pay for all those items won all at once in a day or so, or he might just be playing around on ebay.

It's a judgment call. If you're happy with the prices you got, it might be worth waiting a few days for him to pay. If not, relist, file an Unpaid Item Dispute, and leave a neg.

This is also exactly why I don't package up items until they've been paid for. You never know who's not going to pay.

How'd it turn out? Yeah, shady is an understatement. The e-mail you reprinted suggests the item would have needed to pass through your hands, the friend's hands and then the "buyer's" hands before all parties involved were satisfied.

Well,....I got fed up and called again leaving a message that the items are no longer for sale..Emailed the same , several times that I did not want to deal with this fishy crap.

I second Chanced both game auctions and neither were taken..(more time wasted)...Then I re-listed..
Both games did not get the amount of watchers nor bids they had when skoro-hot won them....Both games were going to end way,way less then what skoro-hot won them for...
I didn't even get one question on them compared to the ton I did when they were previously listed.

Pure bad luck..Just totally frustrated with skoro-hot(I put him on my block bidder list-still is)

Then BAM!!
I get Notification of instant Paypal Payment from skoro-hot.. (The sender of this payment is Verified) Birmingham, AL
And the address is confirmed..


Severely Fed up now with this total waste of time I Cancel both auctions and ship out the extremely well packaged to skoro-hot
Strange thing is the PP address says Police in it?

They never left me feedback nor have they pulled any other crap
.. so I'm still left with what they heck is going on with this person.

Looks to be an overseas buyer using a US buyer to purchase lots of things things.

They had 4 Positives when they won my stuff,now they have 8..Yet what about all the other stuff they won.(where's the pos and or negs for that stuff.
One seller who skoro-hot won like 10-15 items from hadn't got paid nor has left feedback.
I wonder if he's still getting stalled for payment( been way too long)
