I've decided to sell one of these just in time to make some christmas presents.
In 1997-1998 Nintendo became the first sponsor of the Italian soccer team Fiorentina (that was in Serie A, top teams).
To celebrate the contract, this LE has been made.
The package contains:
-a small letter that explains the LE (made after the model distributed to the soccer players)
-two games: Soccer and Super Mario Land
-manuals
-batteries (sealed)
At that time Gig was the official distributor (now it's Nindendo of Italy) so the LE has been made by Gig and Nintendo. On the GB case there is a metal plate that tells the number (0009 of 3000 in this case) but over the shipping box (that tells which numbers are contained inside) the numbers are "from 008 to 013". This version costed much more than the normal version (and they remained unsold) and it looks like these LE were sold only in Tuscany (Italian region) for a short time (thanks friend :) )
This and the fact that I've never seen another one, make me think that actually very few are still alive. I've not been able to find any picture online.
I've found a small lot of 5 of them, inside the shipping box (pictured). 4 are sealed, one is opened. I am selling one of the sealed ones. I'm keeping the others.

Following what's written on the original shipping box, SN is between 008 (will be 0008) and 013 (will be 0013), minus 009 that I'll keep. You will discover what you have just by opening it (but I would never open it!!!)
Payment preferred with paypal. Shipping depends on where you live. I suggest to wait after christmas to ship the item: under christmas holidays international postage is really slow.
This item is for sale also on assembler forum. I don't think that this brakes any rule. Same price. First come, first served. Only one for sale.
