Who can mod my top loading NES?

I'm looking for someone who can fix and modify my Top Loading NES. I get scrambled black and white picture through the RF and know that a component or s-video mod would fix this. I spoke with someone a while back who said they knew this was possible. I am more than willing to pay for your services. Someone who has a good amount of experience would be appreciated! :-P
