How rare is this? I managed to snag a copy from a local blockbusters used for £10 in pretty decent condition. When i checked ebay uk and amazon uk, its going for some insane price.

Well, I've seen sealed Pal copies of this game go for 40-60 euros. It's a bit rare but you can still find it fairly easy.
