NES controller accessory - need help

I'm wondering if anyone here remembers or has a certain NES controller add-on. I can't remember the name, but I'll try and describe it best I can. It consisted of two "sleeves" that fit on each end of a standard NES controller. They were black in color and were designed to provided added comfort and fatigue relief for your hands while playing for long periods of time. They might have been called something like "bumper pads", but that could be wrong. If anyone knows about these or has them please reply. Thanks.

That's it! Do you know of anyway I could obtain those somewhere? I used to have a set when I was a kid for my NES, but my original NES and accessories was sold off long ago.

I used to rock those back in the day too. Quite cool. not too easy to find. you've got to check alot of ebay auction pictures.
