Agreed definate reseal. Corner cracks from flap being opened...reseal all the way

Yup the seller said so himself, I already emailed him earlier concerning this game and this is what he said:

"I bought it at a Video Game shop that was going out of business about 4 years ago. Looks legit to me. I also have a few other SNES titles as well that are Factory Sealed + Saturn, Sega CD and more. All the Snes look the same pretty much. Thanks for the feedback though - Im not going to feel bad or guilty based on a ebay message from another user - I know what I bought and thats what im selling - so even if it is re-seal as you call it - I didn't do it so what do I care.

I didn't re-seal it myself, so who cares if I cheat someone out of money?

He never admitted that it was a re-sealed game. He said that he bought it from a video game store and as far as he knew is was factory sealed and that he wasn't going to feel guilty because someone else feels that it was a re-seal.

I'm not saying that it's a re-seal or not, just don't put words in the guy's mouth.
