I was told many American Infocom collectors are looking for Zork (often called Mini-Zork on Infocom fan sites) on tape (or even a picture of it). I rummaged through my ZZAP! magazine/ cover tape collection, and here it is:

It's on Megatape # 11, from ZZAP! issue 67 (Nov 1990), and supposed to be the only Infocom game on tape (although it's not a full Zork game).
