I've received a couple of emails asking if the BIOS from the HKT-01 Sega Dreamcast Development Box (http://segakatana.com/hardware.php?cat=dcdev&id=hkt01) would help in several hardware projects for the Sega Dreamcast, so I've decided to release this BIOS & FLASH!
