View Full Version : Question about the Game Bug! on Saturn

Does anyone know if Bug! was only available on Saturn in the US or if it was a multi platform release? Also did this game develop into a series? I think I have seen a game called Bug! Too but I think that was on PC. I'm only interested in US released console games. If there are any DP members with the info I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Bug! was released on Saturn US/JP/PAL. Not sure about PC. Bug! Too is the sequel and that too saw a Saturn US/JP/PAL release. And that's it as far as the "franchise" goes. 2 games.

The Bug games were only ever on the Saturn. I'm also 99% sure the first one was also on PC
Yea I played the demo for Bug! on PC, got it from SEGA website awhile back, don't know it they still host old demos

Yes! I have Bug! (US Version) and it is actually a pretty fun game. One of the better platformers for the Saturn.

Bug! was a Saturn exclusive and was released in the US, but when the Saturn was floundering, Sega ported it over to PC, like they did with a number of their other IP.
There was only one sequel to Bug!, which was Bug Too!, which was also released on the Saturn.

it also had sonic in the game didnt it?, he was hidden away and you could chase him but never catch him?
