I haven't heard anything about them since Sony annouced them a few months back. Any one heard if any game uses them yet or is planning to?

They wisely axed the decision to use them.
Smart move, considering MS would've taken them to the cleaners.

I disagree, it's a stupid move for Sony to take them out, especially with achievements it gives me a reason to keep playing a game that i would normally stop, MS wouldn't have done anything to Sony for adding the Entitlements, it's just a feature that I think is pretty cool and adds to replay value, no matter who does them.
