New DS Game (USA) Q - The two Castlevania games

Hey all,

Just a question regarding new sealed USA versions of the two Castlevania DS titles 'Dawn of Sorrow' and 'Potrait of Ruin': do these come in that heat-sealed shrinkwrap and not that folded cellophane like most new DS games seem to come in? I'm only new to the DS system and so far all my DS games (Japanese, US and Australia) have come in that folded cellophane. Just checking if it is normal.

They both came in the factory shrink you speak of. Heat shrink means they are reseals. If they are perfect and you are opening them anyway, it really doesn't matter all that much, as long as you didn't get ripped off on the price! Enjoy them! They are two of the best DS games!

PoR came in folded cellophane, as for DoS it's been too long, but I'm leaning towards folded as well.

I cant remember what my portrait of ruin came in (I bought it not long ago too) but the cart was in upside down, though I believe it was the real shrinkwrap and not the cheap re-wrap crap.

I bought 3 PoR for the preorder bonus and none of them have the folded shrinkwrap

we have a fun little difference here
