Are there any new games coming/released for PSX?
Last ones as far as I know for Europe (Germany) were:
Schnappi, 7 Shoot Games, Moorhuhn X (all 2005)
Maybe others in different European countries?
Also any new japanese games?
Or the last Japanese titles are: ?
US titles, any new ones, last titles?

IIRC, FIFA Soccer 05 was the last U.S. released Playstation title. Dangerboy is your go to guy for this kind of info...

Here on the european front, "7 Shoot Games" was the latest (and I'm afraid, the last) release.

I thought in the US the last titles for the PSX were the games that had the genre listed in the corner. Like the games savien and space shot had "shooter" labeled in the corner. It was part of the manual or insert not an actual label.

That was just the packaging that A1 games used... had nothing to do with the final releases.

Was Schnappi based off of the crocidile song Schnappi, because if so I will be getting that game as soon as possible.

With that fact in mind, it makes you wonder what (and when) the last Playstation 2 title in the U.S. will be.

I recall quite a few classics were still getting reprints, up until at least 2 or so years ago. New games? Not so sure about that 1.

I seem to remember Madden 2005 coming out at about the same time, also.

FIFA 05 was indeed the final PS1 title released in the US. It was released shortly after Madden.
FIFA 05 was released in Oct 2004. Madden 05 came out in September 04 (A full month after the PS2/XBox/every other system release). Sony's last game for their system was Gameday 05 and that came out in August 04. FIFA was the last 'New' game. The Greatest Hits version of DDR Konamix was released in Jan 05 and that was the last last thing that came out in America.

PS2 titles are going to be around for another few years yet, at the minimum.
The last 1 of those, probably some awful budget thing.
