I have recently got quite a few games in which are lacking the cases or manuals and I was wondering if there are any websites out there that sell manuals and cases specifically for playstation games and if not is there anyone here at dp who makes a habit of collecting them to sell or trade. I will post a list if anyone would like to know what I need.

I know we have an orphen selling/buying thread but I believe you already know about it. If you wonder over to eBay there are a few auctions from time to time that sell manuals and cases but sometimes you get confused bidders and will bid as if it were the game itself, not to mention it'd most likely take forever to see an auction of what you needed. You can however go to some local stores and ask indy owners if you can purchase cases/manuals from them, I do it all the time and it makes them an extra buck or two. If you wonder into a GameStop or other chain stores they generally don't give a damn about their games cases or manuals and sometime will give you them free.

For a while, I was getting one of the employees at a local Game Crazy hold all the Genesis boxes that came in since they would just throw them out. In total, I got about 50 boxes and manuals before he transferred to another store. It can't hurt to be friends with your local game store employee.

Of course, you can find many stores (online and real) that sell DVD cases which are, of course, pretty much the exact same thing as PS2 cases. You can use them for Xbox games, too, if you don't mind them not being green. :D

Yeah I have posted in the orphan thread, but to no avail maybe I will just post in the buying and selling thread what I need to see if it will work better.

Cases shouldnt be to hard of a problem to replace. As for manuals and such I cant really point you in a good direction. I think you can replace some manuals for Nintendo games off the Nintendo website but dont quote me on that.

You can try this place. I've had SOME luck in finding a few missing manuals for my collection.

Oops, I meant this place. Unfortunately, they're going out of business February 28th, so place your order now.
