Normally i would shrink these down a bit, but it's worth it for this.

Developers frequently use a trick that enables them to take far higher resolution screen shots then would normally be allowed off a standard TV signal. Generally they will freeze the game, force the game to take 9 or so screen shots in a row all lined up, then transfer the shots to a PC. From there, they reassemble the shots into one large picture. Sony gave these pictures to the press prior to the launch of Shadow of the Colossus. They are "in game" but have been created in the manner stated above. They're big, really big.

PS, you guys want a script that resizes images/links automatically?

That is pretty gosh darn awesome. I wish I had a setup capable of doing something similar for PS2 games :(

Oh man, that'd be awesome. This forum needs it, in part because resizing stuff to make thumbnails and linking them and everything is a bit annoying and in part because next to no one ever bothers to do it and the tables get all fucked up all the time :(

Stunning! I really should try SotC on my new 32" HDTV. Even through S-Video, I bet it looks delicious!
