Looking to buy a case and manual for IQ

I have a copy of IQ (PS1)but sadly I am without its case and manual so I was wondering if anyone had a case and manual they were willing to let go for a fairly decent price. I am also looking for a case and manual for the following games.

Punky Skunk (ps1)
Raystorm (ps1)
Monster Rancher (ps1)

And while I am posting I also need the manuals for these games:
Kingdom Hearts (ps2)
Need for Speed V-Rally (ps1)
and a case for Dinosaur (ps1)

Anything on this list will be of great value I will consider all offers especially for IQ.
