I just got a package from a close friend from back home today that contained some slightly belated Xmas presents. I know that she has a knack for Crochet and has made me all kinds of cool creatures and stuff before, but never has she made me anything like this. I've been humming the Mario theme all evening thanks to these!

And aparently we made JoyStiq today as well!

Damn, that's some pretty awesome stuff there. Your friend did some great work!

I'm bumping this back up with an new title since I think people might have thought that I was talking about croquet and not crochet... and who'd rightfully make a croquet or even a crochet game for that matter.

I saw the topic last night Stu and thought the critters were very cute. Especially the Star. I've never been fond of crochet animals, when I was a kid I thought they were just cheap toys, but it's cool to see someone do something new with a medium that looks so old.

The Goomba looks a little odd though. Like he's got a condom on his head. o.O

That's cool. Only plushes I have is a Tonberry, Knuckles and a DQ Slime. My friend recently made a Phoenix Wright plush she's selling on ebay:

Thanks! I looked at that about a month ago and the plush isn't quite cute enough and is appears to be kinda flat. I was thinking more "full", white with the face screaming, tongue kinda like the Odie plush (ie Garfield).

This kind of stuff rocks... That mushroom looks great Stu. Came across some more chrochet works on another forum earlier... Must be nice to have some kind of talent, other than drinking beer

I'd but that Atari/TV/Pitfall thing like crazy man. Have no idea where to put it but certainly in the open and easy to see.

The Pitfall TV set is rad.

"Plushies." Why "plushies?" They're cute enough as it is without the ga-ga-goo-goo on the end of "plushes."
