I just saw one at a pawn shop with a box full of games. Are these things rare? Should I go pick it up?

Not terribly rare or sought after, but it's a very unusual console. It was sold by RadioShack in the early 90's I believe. It's interesting place in history is that it was the first console to run a Microsoft operating system.

They can be bought fairly cheaply on ebay depending on how much of the edutainment software comes with it.

It's cool to own if it's cheap enough!

Whats the most I should pay for it? I would say there are 20-30 "games" with it.

I got mine with about 25 games, a controller, and a memory card (I think it's called a SaveIt card) for right around $70 shipped from ebay. Most of the "games" I got were crap, but I think there was one or two that are really games.

It's really cool to have around, but other than testing it for a few minutes mine just collects dust. If you like the obscure and it's not too much, I'd say go for it!
