I bought a resealed day dreamin davey and a resealed sqoon on ebay about six months ago. I started a thread about seller gasgiant1075 at that time.

The sqoon and day dreamin davey in the pics look to my eye to be the same copies:

your most probably right, especially since you see both of them up for auction at the same time. What are the odds of that!

Extremely slim.

I Would Advise Against Bidding On The Mario Bros And Donkey Kong Jr This Seller Has Up For Sale.

The Seller From Which I Bought And Returned Sqoon And Day Dreamin Also Had A Mario Bros And Dk Jr That Someone Bought (and Later Returned). In My Opinion Everything He Has Except The Pacman And Ms Pacman Are Reseals!!! The Chances Of This Being A Coincidence Are Next To Nil In My Opinion!!

edit: sorry about the funny caps, pasted this way for some reason.

I agree. I attempted a buy it now on the Mario Bros last time gasgiant had them up for sale and the whole deal fell through. I believe gasgiant was selling the games for a third party and ended up having to issue refunds when he found out that the games were not factory sealed ( if memory serves ). These do indeed appear to be the exact games that were up for sale then. I'll have to look through my archives.

So you were the buyer!! good to know. I have posted more details at nintendoage.com in the auctions section. Please check it out. You are right that the games were on consignment from a 3rd party. The consignor's name, per gasgiant, is Jeff Dailey, who sold me a reseal in 2003, among other claims to fame.
