Mini Moni has about 5 or 6 games, on the PSone and GBA. They're quite tough to find.

Once the one you want appears, use a deputy service to bid on it. It's a little extra but with obscure Japanese stuff it's usually the best route to take (and sometimes can be cheaper even AFTER mad shipping and service fees than comparable auctions on US sites for some stuff).

You can also try Crescent Shop (http://www.crescent-shop.com/), I hear they have decent fees (I've used neither this nor Rinkya).
