We've bent the rules a few times, someone in Germany just has to have that Xenogears so bids and wins without asking even though it clearly says "will ship to US only". Even then we only ship global priority envelope so they know their is no packing, it's easiest to total price. But for a lot of 60 SNES games, uh NO! I don't even want to bother calculating shipping to Mexico for this thing, and I'm put off that they bid on something this large without inquiring first. To add to that, they won the auction last night and today requested our info from ebay. All the payment info they need is within the auction, even if they needed to request total. I'm also worried about chargebacks now, especially from non-US because I can't track the package.
Luckily the second highest bidder was close in price, but how do I do that? Do I need to give neg to the current high bidder?
