So, I was in Best Buy today, and for the third visit in a row there were LOTS of PS2 games clogging up the game shelves. There were quite a few greatest hits and $9.99 budget titles too. Perhaps they figured people would buy some of the $9.99 games to add to their collection? That Suzuki bike game looked kinda cool.
Anyway, if you still want some, head on down to your nearest BB as they seem pretty plentiful. Still not a copy of R-Type Final in sight though, so if you're in the market for one of those, you're still SOL, at least at BB.
On a side-note, I saw that Wii video. In all honesty, that brunette chick is pretty hot.
(I went to the Old Spaghetti Factory and ordered copypasta (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=95373). Also, if you don't have R-Type Final in your collection, you're missing out on one hell of a shmup.)

The BB near me has been out of almost all PS2 stuff since Christmas. Only a handful of titles for the last few weeks.

Mine all still have a bunch. There arent that many discounted titles either.

I see what you did there.
I have a $50 BB gift card burning a hole in my pocket, I've been to 3 local BBs lately & I cant find ANYTHING I'd buy, although PS2 games are plentiful. I'm TOTALLY uninterested in the last few rounds of new releases. I wouldnt buy any new game outright for $50 (even though it'd be "free"), I almost bought Guitar Hero 2 but held out. Now I see they're releasing an 80s version soon- think I'll wait for that. I recognized like 5 songs on GH2.
I thought I'd get Champions: RTA if it went GH, but I didnt see it, GameStop still has it used for $25-30.
The last BB game I got was that Crave crossword/puzzle one for $5 near the checkouts.

I'm just waiting for a price drop on Okami. I hardly ever buy games at BB if there isn't a clearance going on - last thing I bought there was the GBA version of Street Racing Syndicate, because it's pretty much the only place I've seen it.
