I've been out of the game for a few years. Back when I was still collecting, places like funcoland had tons of NES games for $1-$3 each. Now I go in there and the worst conditioned, most common games are $5. What happened?

I've noticed that they went up and they are slowly but surely coming back down now. Last year at this time, Final Fantasy was $25. Now it's only $15. Most games that were $7.99 four months ago (and umptium months before that) are now coming back down to $4.99

it all depends on where you look and what game it is, usually you can find good quality nice games for around $5 or less. call your neighbors and ask them where they put their nes. everybody i know is more than glad to sell me their NES with 20 games or so for $20. and sometimes the games are good, sometimes they aren't. if you dont want them, trade them. somebody surely needs them.
