A DS wannabe Cell phone

It's not really a DS but it will play games, and has dual touch screens. Unfortunately, DS games aren't compatible. And of course, it's Japan only.

Friggin Japan, they get all the cool gadgets! If I didn't have a job, I'd find one that would transfer me out there!
On the other hand, any chance Nintendo will sue?
