I'm not sure how useful it is for most people, but I came up with a method for synchronizing music playback for multiple xboxes. I can see this being useful if you have a sound system setup in multiple rooms or different floors.
If there is some real interest, i could probably be talked into creating a program for this.

Ummm... Sorry for the stupidity, but wouldn't it be easier to simply mix the output of an mp3 player on your pc with the sound of each xbox with each respective surround system? I've got my pc tied to my surround anyway so I can listen to mp3s while doing other things in the house.
I know hard core halo players want the ultimate best systems to play on, but then again I've seen hard core Halo players stand on one foot, leaning over and squinting to see the screen without a single complaint. Playing Halo is the priority, comfort is second at best. With a bunch of Neanderthals screaming "Play Now! Play Now!", who has time to even fathom such an idea as mp3s for the masses? If playing mp3s during Halo makes for a better experience, then I think I want to keep this away from my Neanderthals. My house is always such a wreck the next day, God only know what they would do if I fed them some Static X, Drowning Pool, Mudvayne, and a dash of Tool. I wouldn't have a house left!
