Yes, every company that takes in products for resale, whether it be Thewherehouse.com, EBGames, FUncoland, any BUSINESS expects the customer to pay for shipping. Why would they refund you on shipping? THis is not eBay or any other running auction site. Learn the differences before you berate people. If you buy something from Wal-Mart.com, and it's THEIR fault for sending you the wrong product, too bad, you are paying return shipping if you want to send it back to them. So yes, I am stating FACTS right here. You think GameStop reimburses for shipping to them when consumers could send the incorrect products and lie about conditions? Heh. Why you seem to have a problem with a policy of his that is CLEARLY stated on his website I don't know, but don't think you're going to come here and start teeing off on everyone because you don't agree with it b/c you're only going to get yourself banned. Well, in my opinion you kinda started it. If you don't like his terms then obviously nobody's forcing you to sell to him. What were you hoping to accomplish and what kind of response did you truely expect when you emailed the guy and told him that his prices were bullshit and that anyone who deals with him is out of their minds? If that isn't picking a fight I don't know what is.

Something else to consider is that not all companies are large mega-corporations like Wal-Mart with strict customer service policies and codes of conduct. In many cases web stores are small privately owned companies run by individuals who can either go above and beyond for their customers or tell them to F.O depending on the customer and the situation. Again, what kind of response did you expect from your initial email when you insulted him?
