So, yes the item seems to be legit.

I would suggest ordering it from play-asia, because they are selling official soundtracks, with ebay...you never know.

And thusly why I was looking for some confirmation. I don't trust most ebay import soundtrack sellers as far as I can throw them and I had never seen a Loco Roco soundtrack before todays find on ebay. I've gotten plenty from Play-Asia before and thats now being ordered. Thanks for the help!
