Jeurja?
Anyway, in case you're not aware, Bio Miracle is often listed as "Baby Mario" on pirate cartridges. I've seen it as a single game pirate with that name as well as on the Mario Family 8-in-1 multicart. May actually be easier to find than the original.

Wow, weird coincidence that I did a show on that game a week ago. Or maybe you watched that one. Heh.

Pretty sure it wasn't released on cart, only disk. So yeah finding a pirate cart would be easier.
Also, for fans of this game: Konami did a tribute in Pop'n Music 9:

I wouldn't call it a tribute since Konami owns the franchise I believe (he has been in other games, like parodius). But seriously though, Konami does stuff like that all the time in pop'n music and IIDX. Goonies II got the treatment in pop'n 10, Gradius in pop'n 11, rumble roses & magical quiz academy (while not really old school) in pop'n 13. It just adds to the diversity of the games, I mean hell, they went balls out and lisenced the Super Mario Bros. BGM for pop'n 14.

Gee I never would have pegged you for a Pop'n Music expert with a name like "mydjsobad" :D
Don't forget Goemon in 12, Zone Of The Enders in 8, Gradius 2 in IIDX 7th, Castlevania in Keyboardmania, Suikoden 5 in 13CS, even DDR in 10....

Um... I translated the cart version (which has MUCH better music in my opinion!) Some of the pirate versions are hacked from the FDS version, and they lack the extra sound channel.
And it's good to see Konami still cares for Upa in a way.
