For a long time I have been using Zophar's domain for emulators, but over time they have stopped updating their selection of emulators. Do you guys know of any other quality emulation sites that I could use?

Eh, if you look at the main menu on the left there's a "Emulation" link that goes to http://www.videogamearchive.com/emulator.htm .
