How to make your own wii sports DVD case :D
Although, I have no idea where to get a white DVD case, and a black one would look like crap.

My friends and I all did this. It looks really nice on the shelf next to my other Wii games.
I really hate games that come in a sleeve, though I understand why that's done.
On a somewhat related note, does anyone know where I can find a DVD case-sized insert for the original Star Wars arcade game? You know, the one that was released as a bonus disc with Rogue Squadron III on GameCube.

Sometimes if you go into a gamestop or EB, they may have blank wii cases they would otherwise just be throwing away. Same with DS game cases. Just ask someone behind the counter and they may have a couple. Thats what I did to get wii sports into an actual wii game case.

I have quite a few in my collection. Hit up the local pawn shops and look for cheap kids movies. All the pawn shops in my area have a 3/$10 section now.
