Thanks for the link! I have a friend that's been thinking about opening a store for years, however he doesn't have the money to invest in buying a collective for selling let alone to open a location. A franchise might be his best option and there's a place where no other game stores exist yet has hundreds of potential clients due to the neighborhoods around it.
