i was recently given a mega man 4 manual only for nes for free at a local software etc. how much is it worth?

Sorry just noticed that it was the manual only and not the cart, I would say only a couple dollars

Yeah, that's not really a money thing. You may be able to get another cart or something common for it in a trade. Don't bother trying to sell it, really.
