Help me remember an old game

This is for a friend of mine... I mentioned the PC game "Gobliiins" and he started thinking of some game that had goblins in it. Here's what he could tell me

~1996
PS1 or Saturn (probably)
You have to stop goblins from breaking all your stuff
You would set up defenses against a goblin raid
They would eat sheep

That ring a bell for anybody?
