Yeah, that's obviously a rental game, and the rental store put that sticker on there to make sure people didn't keep the instruction booklets when they rented games...

yea i wonder if that fee applied for flintstones 2 surprise at dinosaur peak for NES. Would have been worth it too keep that manual LOL

Some local Video Ave. stores have GBA games for rent. I don't know if they place stickers to the manuals as they usually have the manuals stored.
