South Jersey Classic returns and promises to be a good time for all who attend. We will have systems set up to play, our Neo Geo MVS with 4 great games, some wireless DS play, and whatever else we can think of. Oh, and don't forget to bring your trades. (yes I just copy this paragraph every month LOL)

Last month was a bit smaller then the previous but it was still a blast. We played some Guitar Hero 2, 4 player DC games (Giga Wing 2, Rush 2049), and a few people got overly obsessed with Magical Drop II LOL

Also, we haven't had a tournament really since the first one and I think we are long overdue. So expect a tournament of some sort with prizes.

Regardless of the number of people coming, its always a fun time, so if you haven't been here yet, try and make it this time!

As far as the store goes I am looking for some specific items and will give a little extra credit for them (basically still looking for the same stuff from last time):

N64 Controllers - prefer 1st party only, but if the 3rd party brand is good I'll take it.
NES AC Adaptors
Genesis 1 RFs
Popular NES Games - Contra, Tyson's Punchout, Mario 2.
Turbografx Controllers
Turbografx 16 Games - Huge Need!!!

Lets start brainstorming tournaments now and vote on it beforehand. I don't know if it will happen otherwise.

Anyway, some possibilities that come to mind are: (I'm trying to think of things that everyone will have a chance at - not MotW)

Pac-Man vs.
Rush 2049 Stunt Mode
Point Blank 1/2/3

It would also be cool if everyone through in a decent $5-$10 item from their tradebox for the prize.

Man I was all raring to make it to the January SJC. I have no life, yet I get the insane virus with the consistent 102 fever that day only. Already got work cleared away so I can make it to this though. Haven't been by since the grand opening.

It looks like I will be able to come and have the following FS:

loose NES games
boxed c64 games
DS supercard and passcard
wireless PSX joystick
Xbox steering wheel

All this stuff is going up on ebay after SJC, so after next Saturday it's gone. Also my entire Xbox collection may be FS...I'm still thinking it over.

Just wanted to add a few other things I am looking for:

Dirt Common N64 games - worth $1-2 a piece (or lower ;)) as long as they are in decent shape.

I will be there on Saturday, with 2 of my friends, Mike(Iroquois Pliskin) and Tasso(not on DP), I think that the latter is bringing his Wii, so we can have some fun with that. And other than that....ummmm.............*drifts off*......

next meet we need to just brainstorm a whole bunch of shitty promotions for the store.

Like we could get strippers or burlesque dancers (theres a lot of groups just in philly) and run a promo called "Nude Chicks and Joy Sticks". all customers for the event can stay if they meet the 2 game purchase minimum...

man i am full of ideas...

You are just covering up for your addiction to Gamecube, Axe body spray, and the Bros . It's ok though, we can get you councilling. We don't like seeing your life spiral out of control becuase of this. and NO, Chad is not coming to the intervention.
