Stunt Racer for N64

I recently found a copy of this game still in the box at a rental store. Its an R5 in the rarity guide and I saw a couple carts on e-bay sell for $20. I want to know if this game is worth buying just because its a rental only game and still has the box to it? oh, they have it for sale for $10.

But I'll give you my advice. It's a good game that's worth keeping and if it is in decent shape is it definitely worth more than $10. I say get it.
